Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 33 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at

 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order.

If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at help@tagdags.com.au. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.

 

Delivered, But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
